He was born in Mecca in 1948. He is one of the pioneers of plastic artists in Saudi Arabia. He is a member of the Society of Culture and Arts in Jeddah. He is a founding member of the House of Fine Arts in Jeddah 1994-1992. He held many local and international exhibitions for his personal works and has many private and public collections such as those at King Abdulaziz International Airport Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jeddah and a number of fields and walls in the city of Jeddah has won many awards and certificates of appreciation and honorary medals. His works speak of many things like society, preserving our heritage, and the sea. I am trying to understand the essence of time and history and their effects on the place, but the man is always present in a dramatic balance between intellectual and sensual.

He held three personal exhibitions in Britain 1975 and Glasgow, Britain 1976 Letter of the House of Fine Artists in Jeddah in 1993 and the Saudi German Hospital in Jeddah with the support of the network of cancer sufferers 1997 and the Saudi Arabian Society for Culture and Arts in Madinah 1999, Sharjah 1999 and Jeddah Jeddah Fine Arts 2000 and Beirut Jeddah Fine Art Center 2007 In Riyadh 2003 and followed by Jeddah for the Wydad Charitable Society 2009 Participated artist D Abdel Halim Rizvi in the implementation of a memorial in Jeddah participated the Egyptian artist Abdel Salam Eid in the implementation of a mural in Jeddah.

It has holdings in the General Presidency under the patronage of the Youth, the Arab Society for Arts and Culture in Jeddah, Saudi Aramco, the Museum of Abdul Rauf Khalil in Jeddah, the National Guard at the Arab World Museum in Paris, the King Abdulaziz Airport in Jeddah, King Fahd Airport in Dhahran, King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and the Center for Arab Unity Studies in Lebanon.
